Am so off now with this process ..re-thinking of why did we even thought of applying here..they are highly disorganised in their way of processing applications..have ordered notes hope to receive ppr before the notes arrive next month
As long as your case is in processing time, it keeps moving. Once the time period has passed, they mark it with a bring forward date and move onto the next case.

This bring forward date is when your application will be reviewed next. It is basically a remainder for the case officer that a decision on your file is still pending.

Suppose if there is nothing to add during the bring forward date then another new bring forward date is marked and they move on. This cycle continues....

People with AORs of late November are receiving mails..when most 1st wk ones are waiting ..this process is pathetically organised..how can we withdraw the application at this stage??any idea
You just completed 6 months right?

I don't think it will be long wait for you. Most likely you may get PPR in the next batch.

The worrying signs are for those who have crossed 190/200 days

Anyways, your withdrawal request will only be considered if your case is pending processing. My withdrawal request was denied because my case is in final stages as BG checks are in progress. Unfortunately, no one knows when these BG checks ends.

As per the agent my next bring forward date is June 11, 2019. If a decision is not made by then I may have to wait till August :)

Yes it has just ended today..I hope what you are saying holds true:) and wish you too get your mail soon before 11th June:) No you’ll not have to wait till August!
The thing that am worried about is that the query’s answer stated last week BG in progress but nothing updated in profile.
Also just like we have completed 6 months we can also reach 190/200 days if nothing happens in near future:(
Can you tell how to move ahead with withdrawal process,I can atleast try:)

Honestly, you should wait because I feel you are very close to receiving PPR.

Technically, you are still under the average 190 day period. As long as we are still in May, they will be processing November applicants. So I think you will most likely make it next week.

How can we find this bring forward date? Do u think that's what the agent meant when he said he can send next reminder only in July ?

Usually it will be marked in your gcms notes or sometimes the agent will tell you.

As long as you are in your 6 month timeline, you shouldn't really worry about bring forward date because your application will keep moving unless they ask for ADR. In which case, your application will be reopened only when they receive the document or the deadline for the required document has passed.

Technically, when they say to call back in July or August it means you should be hearing a decision by that time because of the bring forward date. Otherwise, they do send a remainder to the case officer requesting for an update. The officer responds within 30 days.
