Called first time, same thing. First computer repeated my status as it shows in my profile and then it hung up saying all the agents are busy.I was not getting any wait time.. Whenever I reached to speak to an agent..I was told due to high call volume we can't trNsfer you to N agent. I will again try tonight.

how much duration was the gap?After 187 days I had the first movement today - ADR for a new schedule A form. There was a 'gap' in my working history list.
I simply forgot to include one occupation and with that there was a gap in the timeline.how much duration was the gap?
And did you file this gap under the personal history page with option as "unemployment". I believe there was that option in the PR form. Even we filed my husband's 8 months under that.
