I got my application returned incomplete today. It was missing a checkbox about giving consent to IRCC to check my travel history with CBSA 14b. Should i just check it with hand and send it again? Or i have to fill a new application?

Yes i called them and they said nothing in the system yet

Hi Cursor18 I noticed quite a few people from January were asked for FP, Is that everyone has to provide FP?

it depends if your name is similar/same to another person having a record (from rcmp, csis, fbi and any other databases they use)
this is when they do their security checks etc

sorry to hear that, yes just re-check and send it again
some folks have suggested to add a cover letter too explaining the matter (easy to understand for the next CIC person to open the resubmitted package)
will remove you from March sheet, all the best

For my OCDs sake, i would reprint just that page (with the new tick). but thats me.
But it doesnt really matter, print or pen

I did not submit that "Signature" page, and i got my AOR last Week.

Yes but we can only verify our case where the person did not submit the 2nd biographical page , wasnt asked for that my immigration ppl and then got their oath done

Only Bio data page was required to be submitted i.e page with your photo and details. Page with signature was not required.
