Just waiting for my police clearance from my home country to release..
I’m 100% percent sure no issue in my police clearance. Let’s stay positive!..

My visa extension rejected on 15 march
I am out of status from that time
I applied inland common law application than in April

I hope they will not visit me
They have my address as it mention on my extension application form

From how long you are out of status ?????

My lawyer told me I have 90 days to apply for restoration of my status after receiving that extension application rejection letter ,
So I will apply in few days for restoration after getting confirmation application email from CIC about my common law application.

I think you will be good. It depends CBSA randomly visited i guess i’m lucky some i talked with here in the forum out of status as well theu didn’t have a visit from them.. don’t worry you will be fine.

6months out of status before I applied inland spousal sponsorship

Nope I haven’t visited by CBSA

Thanks! the lesson I’ve learned based on my experience is just expect a long processing times and worst scenario so that when you didn’t here anything yet from IRCC you’ll not get frustrated and tired of waiting that’s what I did and ofcourse the most important is to trust God and asked advise here in the forum and I really thanks for all the people here who answered my questions it really helps a lot to keep my mind in peaceduring the entire process! It’s nice to know too that I’m not alone being out of status

My husband is out of status for about 3 years. We see out of status people getting AIP so that gives us hope as well.

Our relationship is %1000 genuine and we're expecting baby together hopefully officer will believe in our relationship too
