Waiting for mail from IRCC

I have submitted my application on 10 December 2018. My medical got cleared on 22 January 2019. The due date for my application status is 10 June 2019. However after the medical clearance I haven't heard anything from the IRCC. The status reflects 19 days.
When I will I come to know weather I am getting the PR or no
Is it going to be within or beyond the deadline?
