When was it approved ? It can take up to 10 days or so before tracker activated

After the automatic voice prompts on calling IRCC, unfortunately, the voice prompts indicate that the agents are overwhelmed by the number of phone calls to their call centre-IRCC. Is there anyone who has been successful to speaking with an agent?

Just keep on calling. About the 2nd or 3rd time you will be in the queue talking to the agents
