You'll get direct ITA in today's round. Don't worry about the PNP selection criteria.
No info about selection criteria, and they may choose randomly if you tech guys are so many in the pool.
They regularly go through the profiles and select according to the province job market. There are many theories like fresh profiles are preferred, basically of the same year. But they are just theories, nobody knows for sure.
Probably they sent the NOIs to the people who are above you score. Remember, they may choose randomly, so not everyone is going to have that chance.
It depends on the stream of the PNP. I might be selected because of french skills.. they have their own stream for french speaking workers
