As a general rule, companies in Canada are not actively recruiting foreign workers unless you have very unique skills globally - and you would know if you do. Other companies, in low-skilled jobs, may hire you as a temporary worker or an agricultural worker. But there are many scammers there too.
A simple rule: no genuine company recruiting foreigners asks for money for the visa process, nor do they ask for your passport and identifying documents.
