Diploma Transcripts from MSBTE

Sure I will update you, I am calling MSBTE every week for an update.
In case I missed to mention before. While applying for transcript and Authentication of Marksheets you have to ask them to put it in same envelope, only if they have written on the form or somewhere they will give in same envelop else they will seal Marksheets envelop separately. The lady on the phone asked her colleague to check if they have mentioned it or not while I was talking to her and informed me what would have happened otherwise.

Hey, I have also completed my Diploma (MSBTE Mumbai)+ Engineering ( Mumbai Uni).
I am very new to this process. I want to understand the whole process.
EqSid have given a step-wise process. That was helpful.
I have 2 queries. I am just asking if anyone knows here I will get the answer in first place before asking to MSBTE. Kindly reply if anyone know the answer.

I have all the diploma mark-sheets, provisional diploma certificate (a photocopy).
Query 1: Do I require certificate before applying for transcripts? (Reason for asking this question is that not much info is available on WES website)
Query 2: Currently I am in Pune. So can I apply for authorization & Transcripts in Pune?

It will be great if someone can answer above queries.

Hi, I have posted my MSBTE transcript from the post office nearest to the MSBTE, Mumbai office.

But I want to know if WES would accept the authenticated mark sheets, if I post them from a post office in Pune? Would they come to know which post office I have sent the package from?

For MSBTE transcripts, apply online via aaplesarkar. The process is fairly simple, and they will process it within 3 weeks. But for authentication of marksheets, you would have to personally visit the MSBTE office at Bandra and submit the documents. Carry two sets of all semester marksheets and the diploma certificate, along with their originals. This will hardly take 2 weeks. Since you are in Pune, you can opt to have both the transcript and authenticated marksheets posted to your address.

Hi, Has any one applied to WES after 1st December 2018 and completed the ECA for Canada ?

From 1st Dec WES has changed rules for India,
1. Now they want University to directly send the Transcript envelop to WES and not through any Agent or applicant.
2. I called MSBTE, they confirmed that they cant send the envelop to WES directly, we need to send the envelop (any work around on this)
3. Also they will give transcript of only final year marksheet for rest of the years we need to get all mark sheets authenticated (Authentication Stamp)
4. Also WES mentions we need to send all marksheet even KT/Fail once, it is really required ?

Hey Guys,

Unfortunately my WES verification could not be completed. WES put my verification on hold with the message “1 document pending”
Details are - My certificate got approved but Marksheets were not approved, Reason; WES felt it was not send directly by the university.

I checked with MSBTE and came to know that Marksheets were in a separate white envelope which was inside a big envelope along with certificate and transcript. So WES did not verify the inside envelope even though there was MSBTE stamps on it.
I had asked MSBTE to put everything together in one envelope but I guess they dint understand it correctly.

I even messaged WES asking if only Marksheets are required or everything together, but they dint reply for 3 days.
So I went ahead and gave (only) Marksheets for Authentication and will send that single envelope this time post 15 days from yesterday.
Let’s hope for the best, fingers crossed.

1. There are two separate departments for Transcripts and Authentication. If we request them to club documents from both the departments they would just put one envelope in other. Which is not accepted by WES
2. MSBTE does not courier the documents, so it has to be done by us. Don’t know how aplesarkar will work in this process. There should not be any other address than WES on the Envelope. Basically we have to take the envelope from MSBTE and send it from the nearest courier.

Would it be better if we get the transcripts from Aaplesarkar.com and when doing the authentication, open the envelope and ask them to put all in a single envelope and send it through nearest post office?

No Need to send original Marksheets, you need transcripts and Authentication of Marksheets.

To Complete WES for your Diploma Education, We need to obtain transcripts from MSBTE. And We have to collect and post it to WES along with WES Ref#. There two different envelope we usually receive from MSBTE.

Hi, Do you obtain the authentication as well? i've obtained transcripts from MSBTE through the website. Figuring a way to get the authentication. since that is getting stuck.

Sad to hear this. Was the big white envelope sealed along with marksheet envelopes?

i am in same boat. I need documents from MSBTE to send it to WES Canada.
DO you know if MSBTE is able to send to WES Canada or not and What documents required from MSBTE?
So far i learned that Authentication and Statement of marks (Transcript) is required for WES.
Any help or experience will be really appreciated please.
