Are you fleeing persecution from your home country or the country you currently reside in? When were you last in your home country? Why isn't your husband joining you?I need a help for a couple of questions.Im A mom with 3 kids. for a religious and racism reasons, I will flee the country of my stay and seek for protection.
Thanks a lot.would also point out that childcare is extremely expensive and that of your children are school aged school ends mid afternoon so you would need to pay for after school care and even before school care. I know that can be $500-1000 per month per child. There is also 2+months of school summer holidays and others holidays or days off during the summer. Working full-time as a single parent is difficult and can be very expensive. With 3 children it could be too expensive to cover childcare costs unless you have a lot of savings or have a very good job. Legal aid Ontario is only funding part of the asylum process now so you will also have to factor that into your costs as well. You are going to have to start researching on your own. Many of these answers were easy to find on the internet or you could ask your brother for help.

am I under interrogation now?Are you fleeing persecution from your home country or the country you currently reside in? When were you last in your home country? Why isn't your husband joining you?
There are many who have not sufficiently looked into the immigration process. For example even if you have grounds for asylum but have not tried to relocate in your own country you will be denied.shelp.
am I under interrogation now?
Dude, I can't share sensitive information that is irrelevant to my original post!
If you can help for answers to my questions , please do.

If you can’t handle people asking general questions or as you put it “ interrogation “, about your situation, how you’d handle the IRB investigating your claim is beyond me.shelp.

Hello ,
I need a help for a couple of questions.Im A mom with 3 kids. for a religious and racism reasons, I will flee the country of my stay and seek for protection.my questions are:
1- I was refused for tourist Visa to Canada ,but I have a valid tourism Visa to USA, my question if I entered Canada through USA ,
Does the refusal of Canada visa may affect my ability to ask for asylum?
2-which is better for crossing the border from USA to Canada, official border checkpoints, or non official?taking into consideration that I have a first degree relative "my brother" in London who has PR status.
3-if the answer to Q2 is non official border like roxham road,
a-Does that means I will be forced to satay in Quebec?
b- Can I move to London Ontario to stay near my brother?
4- if the answer for Qestion 2 is official border,
a- Which is better to cross through? Peace bridge or rainbow bridge?
b-Is there a pre arrangement that I should do like I heard that I have to arrange with a church for an appointment to enter through the bridge?
c-Should my brother come from London Ontario to pick me up?or no need for his presence?
5- I'm planning to request for a work permit as I have a Bsc. degree in biochemistry , but until I get it,
a- Am I entitled for welfare for me?
b- who much is the welfare for me in Quebec and in London Ontario?
c- who much is the child benefit in Quebec and London Ontario?
d- Am I and my kids entitled for medical benefits in Quebec or Londo Ontario?or it's only just for kids?
e- can I apply to study in a University before I get the refugee status?
f- can I request for a work permit directly after I'm inside Canada and When can I ask for that.?
g-When can apply for welfare if I didn't get the work permit or didn't find a job?
6- my happened most likely will not travel with us as his company didn't give him a permit to be able to travel( this th system in the country we are staying in), my questions:
a- can he send me some money from time to time?
b- how can he send me money?
c- if I was entitled for a welfare , does the money my husband sends to me affect my welfare?
d-how much money he can send me that won't affect my welfare if I was entitled for it?
7-can fill in the applications that is needed at the border previously?
8-if yes, can you help to give me a link of the latest version?
9- if I was able to go to a university, can they help me in the tuitions?
10- if I was lucky to study in a university , how can I support myself If i wasn't entitled for a welfare?
Thanks from my heart
Not sure that it is really asylum shopping. Think that this woman is planning on living off welfare since there is no mention of savings and is in for a shock for how little she is expected to live on. She will be limited to rent in areas that aren’t very safe. She will likely have to settle for a one or 2 bedroom. They will have to hope that some donated furniture is available. If she has young children she may not be able to get a job because childcare is too expensive. She will likely have to go to the food bank because welfare won’t provide enough money to buy food for the entire month. She will have to walk versus taking public transportation to save a few dollars. Hopefully both her husband and her brother will be able to supplement any income or welfare she may receive and perhaps even a free place to stay. Another reason why a consult with an immigration lawyer would be a good idea before making your move.Asalum shopping. Most of the questions are about welfare, benefits, receiving money

Has nothing to do with humanity, when someone posts wondering what Canada can give them , versus what they can offer CanadaThanks sister for your reply.
Maybe because English is not my native language I may have some language barrier that I couldn't express it as you did.
Also maybe because I'm a woman who works in science field, my post was just in 1,2,3 format with no ability to explain further.
Anyway, your comment makes me know what the word "humanity" means.
And how other people are full of hate even for themselves!
Still feel strongly that you should make sure that you qualify for asylum and consult with an immigration lawyer. You have brought up welfare a lot. Just want to stress that if you will be dependent on only welfare to survive you will likely not have a good quality of life. You may live in a building where there are drugs and crime but that’s all you can afford. Getting a job is very difficult for asylum seekers because employers don’t want to invest in employees knowing that they could have to leave Canada soon. Just want to be very clear about what you can expect. Some are shocked and expect that all Canadians have a good life. There are many who can’t feed their children. Thanks sister for your reply.
