Supervisa- parents changed name

hey friends
My parents added their last name few years ago but on all my documents they don’t have last name
I want to apply for supervisa
How do i do this
And they don’t have marriage certificate also
If i use my college certificates or their indian id’s they don’t have last name on it
They only have last name on their passports
Any ideas?

If in India, you can try making affidavits for both of them, separately. I did it for my grandmom at the the time of her TRV(Visitor). Some of her docs had her name as <Initial of First Name><Surname>(in her house docs, her only home tie) and rest, including passport, had <First Name><Surname>. The affidavit said something like, <Initial of First Name><Surname> and <First Name><Surname> are same person. It worked and she got the visa.
