I called CIC yesterday and was told my file locating at Sydney since when unknown. Seems most PNPs stuck there, especially with ADR, any thoughts?

I'm PNP and stuck in Sydney so that makes sense. Maybe they review PNP applications in groups.

Have you ordered notes or raise web forms to check what happens to your files?

I don't know what happens to my application. Somewhere in the end of April, I called CIC and they told me my file is at Nova Scotia. I got my GCMS last week (ordered two days after I had got off the phone with the agent), I found that they transferred my file to CPC Ottawa. I don't know why they transferred my file since most of eligibility is done at CIO.

Any thoughts on this?

Spoke to an agent yesterday.

Eligibility is met.
Criminality passed.
Security not started.

Pretty much the same status as of October 2018.

Although file was last updated in April according to the agent.

A couple of days ago got a reply:

Current status: IP2

File assigned to CB01126. No movement on file since October. The due date was supposed to be 2018/11/11.

Been contacting IRCC several times through email and phone. Was told last week that my file should be reviewed shortly.

My question is were there any PPRs with CB01126 yet?

I found my eligibility is also under "Review Required" when I got GCMS Note. It says my reference letter doesn't contain "Job Duty" under my NOC, but obviously, my letter contains proper job duty they mentioned. So I am just waiting for them to recognize my letter is fine. Don't know if that can cause my PR Refusal. Just hoping everything goes fine. You will find out the reason if you apply for GCMS Note.
