Visa Refusal and Misrepresentation of info

Dear Members,

I hope you doing well.

Days ago I have applied for study permit of Canada and in parallel time I've applied for B1 visa of USA too which my visa refused. I didn't mentioned in my application for Canada and I received an email to claim for 10 days after I send message they send a letter that I'm banned for 5 years due misrepresentation of ... !

May apply again? I've paid 1 semester fee of university, booked hotel, upfront medical checkups, police certificates and all stuffs that they might need and also I'm president of a Construction Company which can show my tie to return to my country!

Is there any once to give me advice?!

You can apply after 5 years.
Had you already received the US rejection when you made the Canada application?

I had received my refusal for in 22th April and I submit my documents in 29th April, I forgotten to update my application

That's unfortunate, dont think there is any way out now.

You cant even help through lawyer since you have received rejection before applying.....Apply after the ban
