Did they notify you about your file that was being transferred to Mississauga?? Idk what's happening to my file since they're being silent now a days lol.

No update in ecas. I cant look in the linked account because my lawyer is already linked. Only one person can be. But in ecas it's not updated. Stil says medical have been received. Mississauga has had my file for 2 months now. Was transferred there cuz is supposedly a simpler file. I have been told and i have been reading online that this is last part of eligibility before decision made and ppr. I'm hoping so. So far it's been 3 months and 2 and half weeks. So it's not a long time but I'm impatient.

Application for outland spousal permanent resident (philippines)
My time line is aor Jan 28. Meds done March 12.
File transfered March 12 to cpc Mississauga.
Biometrics done March 19. Meds past March 19
Criminality started April... (unknown date)
Request for permanent resident fee may 17.

How did you get to know that they transferred your file to Mississauga? Actually my file was to sent to Sydney,nova scotia and as far as I know they didn't transfer my file anywhere.

My AOR was on 4th Feb.
Medical passed and BIL received on 20th March.
Submitted biometrics on 27th March and status updated to biometric s completed on same day.
Since then I am waiting for PPR.

Call immigration and ask where your file is. Mine was in sidney too. But sidney is temp.. they don't stay there

Yes they notify you it's going to Mississauga once sidney approves the sponsor. Then by email they congratulate you and tell you it's being forwarded there. This happened to me about the day before asking to go do the medical.

CPC-sydney did send us sponsorship approval email but that doesn't contain any information about file transfer. And got no separate email about file transfer

Hmmm well here's mine. A look st my emails shows it was sent to me 1 week after approving me as a sponsor. And a day after requesting my wifes medical be done.

Thanks for sharing..mine was not like that..is it mandatory for them to transfer files to different case processing centres?
Someone told me that spousal files are usually processed by CPC-London. Idk if it's true or not.

Are you referring to London UK? Or London Canada? I'm in London Canada. But as to that I don't know. But I was told my the call center that simple files where there's less doubt and all is straight forward and app is complete will go to Mississauga.

Well idk if it's London,UK or London Canada.. I have to wait now for 2,3 months i think. Everything from my side is done and gckey shows no additional documents are required. All i can do is "wait" lol.

Does anyone know how long does it take to process after I have taken the medical?
