I think you answered your own question : "3. ECA: 1 degree(bachelors degree) although i entered secondary education also for which i had no ECA". You just need to claim points for your highest degree.

Guys, I found out the reason for my Profile ineligibility. FSW score was incorrect. For Language, I got 20/24. That makes my overall eligibility score as 66/100 (67 - is the minimum score that we need to get out of 100).

Did you also fill information for your spouse? I think it is normal to receive that message and not getting a CRS.

When your profile is ineligible did you get points breakdown in your submission? As for mine, everything is blank.
