Hi forum members,
I have a question regarding document upload post ITA. The reference letters provided by my previous employers doesn't contain salary information (against company policy according to them). So as supporting document I am planning to provide FORM-16 (a tax document provided by employers) which is digitally signed. So which is advisable : verify signature, print to pdf and upload or upload the unverified file?

I received my ppr on wednesday so i think i can guide you on this matter.

For proof of employment, please attach the job reference letter, verified tax 16 form for each year of employment, pay slips for at least 3 months, offer letter and relieving letter.

Also attach a letter of explanation to the additional documents section explaining why salary is not listed.

Please note the job letter should have the comtact details of the employer incade cic wants to verify the information.

Thanks Adpr. I am afraid, I need to avoid attaching the offer letter. My first employer (2012) provided offer letter as hard copy which got misplaced. I guess that would be okay as I can support with pay slips, form 16 and relieving letter along with the job experience letter.

Dear friends,

My AOR for PR is August 1, 2019 under CEC category. Recently, when i checked my submitted documents on my PR application, there is no letter of explanation document on optional document. I remember, i uploaded the document but there is a chance that i missed to upload. Not really sure. My question is whether it appears on submitted documents or not. If not, can i submit now? if yes, how can i submit. I would highly appreciate if someone can advise me. Thanks in advance.
