Yes, It should be. Mine started since february (gcms notes and 2 calls made in April and May).

Mine too. I placed calls in April and May as well. Didn’t order GCMS notes tho. I was given ample information by the Agent on the phone

Yes this is the right form, but then there is "Details of military service" which is a different form.
You can fill them both on your computer and attach letters of explanation providing more information or clarification if there isn't enough space at the forms. Just note that Schedule A must bear your original signature so you will have to eventually print it, sign it then scan it and merge it with your LoE before you upload it and submit it. Good luck!

Thank you. They sent military form already in word format so its easy to fill it. Lots of space.. But I can not say the same for schedule-a. So I tried to convert it to word format, I will try to fill it like that and then print it and sign it.

By the way, from the letter it seems they've requested schedule-a just for me. I am dependant applicant. Should I fill for primary applicant as well?

Hi all,
Good day,
Sharing my experience and observations from VFS, Bangalore.
PPR Mail: 10th May (2 applicants)
Passport submission: 14th May
VFS office : Shobha pearl, Ashok nagar, Bangalore (Just beside the Central mall)
We took the documents such as PPR copy, 2 photographs, our passports, if you have old passports with entry - You can also take this for acknowledgement.
We reached there by 9.00 am and the office was ready for working, There was a security screening while entering and a token was allotted. All procedures were completed in 15 minutes.Total payment was 1146 for two (including SMS alert - which was 132 for each). We didn't opted for postal delivery as we are going to collect it directly from VFS.
No need to be panic about photographs and photocopies, Even if there are some lacunaes, booth inside the VFS has all these services.
My suggestion is that to keep some 100, 50 rupees and coins with you or you will be in trouble. Because the cashier in VFS will ask you to give the exact amount in the receipt. The executive informed us passports wll be ready within 10 to 15 working days.

The photographs must be:
taken by a commercial photographer
50 mm x 70 mm (2 inches wide x 2 3/4 inches long) and sized so the height of the face measures between 31 mm and 36 mm (1 1/4 inches and 1 7/16 inches) from chin to crown of head (natural top of head)
clear, sharp and in focus
taken with a neutral facial expression (eyes open and clearly visible, mouth closed, no smiling)
taken with uniform lighting and not show shadows, glare or flash reflections
taken straight on, with face and shoulders centred and squared to the camera (i.e. the photographs must show the full front view of the person’s head and shoulders, showing full face centred in the middle of the photograph)
taken in front of a plain white background with a clear difference between the person’s face and the background. Photographs must reflect/represent natural skin tones
*The back of one (1) photograph must:
bear the name and date of birth of the subject, as well as the name and complete address of the photography studio
bear the date the photograph was taken
the photographer may use a stamp or handwrite this information. Stick-on labels are unacceptable.

Right now they are issuing PRs for december applicants, So i believe all will recieve PRs this month or next.
