In some cases, criminality gets clear with your R10, but some cases have observed that criminality is cleared after eligibility. However, in maximum cases, criminality gets clear with R10 as it is related to your PCC.

The criminality is based on your PCC, unless you have a rehabilitation application. So the criminality is passed with your R10.

However, for CEC applicants and inland applicants, who require RCMP PCC, the criminality will not be set to passed unless the RCMP is filed with IRCC.

So the criminological order for most applications is:

R10
Criminality
Medicals
Eligibility
Security

Hi all ,

I have applied my wife as primary and two kids.

Our AOR : 16 Mar 2019
01MAY : Medical passed and request for biometrics
05MAY: We did biometric enrolment at local vfs office in Qatar

On our profile it shows date of biometric enrolment: 05 May 2019 expiry of biometrics: 05 May 2029

However lower in the status is it still showiing as we need to give biometrics as action required from us .

Does anyone know about this delay in completing biometrics on the profile.

Check with the VFS office in qatar and they said they have transmitted our biometrics.

Last date for submission for us is 31st May 2019

Any advice as to how we should proceed and any steps to be taken.

IS there any email for cic where we can send our query ??

This is normal, it takes time to show the update on your profile.
You need to wait.
After biomatrics, your R10 and eligibility will start.

And still no update on medical? This is frustrating !.

Specially since they are keeping hanging medical.. its always a worry... anybody else whose AOR is end of March and NOT got medical passed?

yes mine too I applied 26 march and still no sign of medical pass
