Please advise. I send the enquiry to CIC through web form. Today I got reply that based on the information in your file you are not eligible to submit the profile under express entry system. The tape said we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements. I applied under bcpnp through consultant. What does it mean.

Yes . I raised query five days back and today I got this response.

Don't believe in the update on your online account. Sometimes it doesn't even change. If your eligibility was recommended pass you might be in the final stage of Security which takes time. Just wait for your notes before you take any further steps.
You can try calling CIC and check if your security/Background check is under process.

My Timeline got over on 14 May, still in IP1. On 15 May I dropped a web query to the authorities. However I have not heard from them. Does anyone knows how many days do they take for replying.

I got mine in 5 business days but it was just a generic reply.

Its written I got the following response from CSE.
And moreover automated email will not talk about Eligibility etc.

When you upload the documents, you get an automatic email. This might take 2-3 days

I raised a CSE to ask about the status of my application.
The reply that I got is kind of weird. My AOR is November 11th, 2018. According to the CIC's response, my AOR is December 2nd, 2019, which is almost 7 months in future.
It doesn't look like a typo as everything is wrong with this date: year, month and date.

What if you just raised a CSE and sent a message without uploading any documents? I raised 2 CSEs with clarifications on my application. I haven't got acknowledgements

1) my spouse(primary applicant) got PPR email but not me. Does only primary applicant get or both as we both are currently in different countries ?
I had spoken to agent and he confirmed we both would get different emails for passport submission as we are in different locations

It can take 3-7 business days before you receive an acknowledgement. Will depend on which VO your file is at.
