I want to get my reference letters drafted for EE submission. Does anyone have a format in which the letters should be drafted? Can you please share it here?

Also, is it ok if the 3 letters I want to submit have a similar format??

xxxx xxxxx was employed full time working no less than xx hrs a week drawing an annual salary of xxxxxx

Don't let the 3 letters from different companies be the same or similar that's it's noticable...not good when a visa officer is looking at it.

Sent the same template to both of my previous jobs. Wasnt a problem.

Edit: i sent the template and let them fill it. I thin kthe issue happens when both letters have the exact same job description

yeah similar format should be ok, but don't end up using the same company letter heads

Query - is it necessary to address the reference letter TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN?. Can we direct it to ircc? My company wants to address it to the addressee, and not generalize it. Plz advise.

Some company issue letter which are for a specific purposes some can generalize it. Does not make a difference at all

In reference letters the date of letter should be the original one when it was first issued or will it be okay if a recent new date is given? One of my employers urged me to give a letter of a recent date which would be about 5 yrs later the date of employment.

I already received the reference letter from my former employer with the original date when I was actually relieved from the job.
