Sorry I will explain. I got request from CIC to do medical test within 30 days. Due to some personal inconvenience I can't do it within 30 days. So I need to request CIC to extend/reschedule the dates.
So what is the procedure to request CIC for getting the extension?

1. Send a CSI (Case Specific Inquiry ) to the office that requested the medical and ask for an extension.
