When were the biometrics done? And have you received the Correspondence Letter/Biometric Validity letter?

Go to bluedart's website. In the tracking menu, select "Ref No." and put the same VFS ID there and Submit

I think it will activate once it will be on the way.

Background check depends on where are you living and how busy they are.

Yes, biometrics was done beginning of April and received correspondence letter the next day.
