Hii I have applied on April 22 ( CEC) . I have a question as my closed work permit going to expire on 30 September 19, planning to apply BOWP being on LMIA supported permit I will b granted open or closed ? One more question my employer is advertising his business for sale just for checking market value is this will effect my job offer ( claimed 50 points ) . It’s a franchise . He s not going to sell it for nearly a year but for advertising it for sale could b a problem??

The BOWP is an open work permit.

Your employer posting his business for sale will have no impact on your job offer.

This is called a ghost update. This indicates a movement in your file. If there is anything substantial, you will receive a document in your profile in 24-48 hours, or else nothing.

You may see this at different intervals during the progress of your application.

Yes it’s an open work permit I understand but being on closed work permit I will b able to get open or they will extend my close permit
