I am surely thinking about it. Do you know what 'file is finalized' means? Does that mean eligibility, criminality and security passed? The agent on phone told me that my eligibility review is still in process.

You are still not getting us. !! The response from web form or phone call is different. You will get response from the local visa office where your application is being processed. They can provide more details and factual information

Yeah i get it. The phone people are just the call center agents and this is the Visa office. They can give more accurate info for sure. All i want to know is what 'File is finalized' means.

I hope "File is Finalized" means that I will receive PPR soon. At least that is what I understood, yesterday I completed my 6 months.

@Josh007 BTW I still suggest you to contact them. I don't think Provincial Nominees Program take 1 year unless that office is extremely slow. Have you checked myimmitracker?.
