I think you really need to contact them ASAP or order notes. One year after your AOR is not common unless you have a really complex BG check or something else going on with your medicals @Josh007

Guys just an update, there is no clear message, and messages are contradicting.

there is nothing we can do excepting waiting

I also feel Ottawa office replied. it is a typical response from that office. I believe your eligibility is still in progress because your clearance still pending (Winnipeg office response). Just give them a few weeks and probably your eligibility will change status

Yes, Just to give you an overall view of my timeline:

AOR: November 14, 2018
Medicals Passed: December 14, 2018 (Sydney)
Eligibility Recommend Pass: January 31, 2019 (Winnipeg)
And it has been at Winnipeg since then.

Last Friday, came to know my application was finalized after I sent an email to Winnipeg Office; however, I am still waiting for PPR/RFV or landing interview email. Hopefully, I get it soon, fingers crossed.

I am December 1 AOR. File at Winnipeg. IP1. Last updated MEP on Jan 13.

Seriously, its too slow. looks like This Visa office has lot of backlogs !! email Winnipeg man, check above, you are FSW - USA. Now a days USA applicant PPR within 3 months.

Today's draw was only 500 Federal skilled trades, hopefully that will help them to catch up with old files.

Its your choice Man but dont forgot to mention your details like name, UCI, application number.
You will get response sometimes within 5-10 min also.

Ask ATIP for the status by sending them the tracking number. Did you request them from a third party website or ATIP directly?
