LMIA Locksmith Job Offer

Dear Expert ,

My name is Mohammad and i am leaving in bahrain and holding bangladeshi passport
My Work position is Locksmith
i got LIMA offer from one of canadian Locksmith Company they offer me they have vacancy for locksmith with LMIA Approval after that they sent me contact letter and LMIA Approval document and they request to me some document to apply visa after i agreed with them
they request to me following document
IELTS = i Got 4.5 Listing 5.0 reading 3.5 writing 4.5 speaking 5.0
Resume
previous experience
Passport copy for me and my family
police clearance from bangladesh & from bahrain
Digital Picture
Education certificate = submitted SSC and HSC

My father /mothers /brother /sister all details including date of birth

once i sent them all of above document after 2-3 days they sent me a letter to my mail for biometric
for that i have to goto abu dhabi to submit biometric and i had done that from abu dhabi

after biometric they said now wait and see for result if approval you will get visa and rejected then bad luck

for whole process i didn't paid anything but for ielts and dubai travel it was my expenses
you can say my Boss is good man and i am sure this visa is not fake

now i am waiting for answer from my sponsor when i asked him he said just wait and Pray
thats all

so my question why they take long process ?
they check background document ? as education certificate fake or original ?
is they check family details through bangladesh embassy ? why they take so long

i already did IELTS so that already proved it is not fake then why they take long time

what they checking while visa processing ?

my lawyer who applied visa for me they said IELTS is not mandatory but Locksmith that show Skilled JOb
for that I did IELTS
Anyone can advise me how much percentage is there to get visa

However, it does seem odd that a Canadian locksmith company would want to hire a foreign locksmith. You probably got this offer because you have a personal connection with the company, right?

They are checking every document and your background. There's nothing you can do but wait. Hard to say what your chances are .

Ok, then just wait patiently. Your sponsor is correct in saying there's nothing you can do but pray. If IRCC is satisfied with your application you will get your work permit.

i don't think so it will be easy to find because i did SSC in 1998 so those cannot be find online secondly i had submitted IELTS so
it is clear nothing to check background and what kind of background they check ? i am already 18 years inside bahrain and working as Locksmith & automobile programer and now i am businessman all document is original nothing is fake

Some applications just do take ages, years even. Something in your background may have triggered a detailed security check.

The only way to get an idea is to apply for GCMS notes. But you haven't said how long you're waiting for? How long has it been?

If you have worked for 18 years the Middle East you must also be 40 or close to 40. Canada’s immigration offices are very busy doing LMIAs, work permits, sponsorships, PR applications, student permits, etc. That is why it takes so much time.

You are correct that an LMIA doesn't need IELTS scores, but if you're using this as a way to immigrate to Canada you will have to retake the IELTS and get higher scores. You can do that later though.

No point. Average processing time is around 3 months. Would be very careful that you are planning ahead. Based on your information I would be making sure you would actually qualify for PR at the end.
