Well, this is the recent version which was updated in the month of March 2019.

I started reading this guide around one and half year ago. I did everything very charmfully from expression of interest -to- Till now.

Till now everything gone well. I passed many tough stages, bear huge expanses.

But, never knew that after such a long hard work, one day I will get in such a difficult situation.. loll.

I just wonder if in the TRV application, OP specified "tourism" as the reason for visit and then provided evidence of a business purpose. Both business and tourists get a TRV (as do family visits) but you need to be clear as to the purpose of the visit. A visa officer may sometimes forgive checking the wrong category, or they may not.

No, I was very clear with the application. I clearly mentioned in the application that my purpose of visit was to attend an in person interview as a part of PNP.

Moreover, this selection also appears in the drop down menu of come to Canada tool, which is required to get reference number prior to proceeding for an online application.

You can try, but it is a long shot. A recent applicant allegedly did so.

Even sometimes people have had success re-sending the exact same application package as a new application and then including a letter that refutes the reasons for refusal from the previous application.

I have done this, referring back to original evidence. However, I have not yet received GCMS notes that explain the different decision the second time around. I would caution that doing this would be very unlikely to receive a positive decision.

By any chance, would you be able to please redact your key information of the business and share a copy of your application? You can hide or delete the key info. I only want to see the structure of the application because you getting an interview call means everything went well with your application at provincial level.

Well, a year ago I submitted an expression of Interest under BC-PNP-Entrepreneur Program (Base Category) to set a new business. After one month my expression of Interest was selected under point based system and I received an Invitation to apply (ITA).

Second step of the program was to submit a complete application package along with the Net-Worth report. Net worth report was prepared by a qualified supplier authorized by BC-PNP Office of immigration.

With a long hard work I prepared all the documents, business plan and lodged my application. On April 19, 2019 I got an Interview request from BC-PNP office of Immigration to appear for in-person Interview at their office in Vancouver.

In order to travel for the Interview I applied TRV which is Refused !!!

Refusal Reason: " Purpose of Visit " (No other reason)
Along with note: That you are welcome to re-apply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirement.

loll.. what else can demonstrate that my situation meets the requirement ? I am really very upset and confused.

At the same time am also afraid that:

• My years long hard work preparing a business plan and all the documents.
• $ 300 BC-PNP Registration fee.
• $ 3650 Net worth verification fee.
• $ 3500 BC-PNP application fee.
• Around $ 2000 that I spend on collecting and preparing all the documents.

All this will come to Nothing ?

I have already written about the on-going circumstances to the officer who is processing my PNP-Entrepreneur application.

Please help !
