Hi everyone! Small update! March 14 Received applicant here, got AOR on April 16th and now yesterday got the BR and this morning SA!
Already scheduled BR on April 13 for my spouse and now just waiting for the MR to come through!

Received AOR: April 13, 2019
Received Biometrics Fee Payment Request(We forgot to pay BF) : April 30, 2019
MED Request: April 30, 2019
Received SA: May 1, 2019
Received VO Transfer from Sydney to
Mississauga: May 6, 2019
MED Done: May 7, 2019
Received Email Confirming they received BF Payment Receipt: May 8, 2019

Waiting for the Biometrics Instruction Letter (BIL) for me to go to the nearest VAC and confirmation that I passed the medical exam. How long does it usually take? Thanks

Hi Everyone , just wondering why my Ecas App online checking thing haven't been updated for awhile now even tho i got a few Emails from cic such as biometrics fee request ,biometrics done , even got an email saying that they gonna send my APP to the Visa office in cairo , but on my ECAS the last thing in there is my SA .

my timeline ,

App sent : Feb 29
App recived : March 4
Aor 1 : April 6
Biometrics fee request : april 9
Biometrics letter : may 7
App forwarded to the visa office : May 9

When and from Which visa office AOR2 sent?

Depends on where the principal applicant lives. It's usually sent to the Visa office that serves their country, but it can also be processed in other offices due to work sharing. For some applicants it doesn't go to the Visa office and is processed in Mississauga.

As for when, have a look at the spreadsheet to see what the typical length of time is for AOR2.
