Hello Again.
I am quite certain I know the answers to my question but I want to make 100% certain, so thank you for answering what must look like a stupid question.

Question d and e in section 4. (d) Have you ever been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa or visitor or temporary resident visa to Canada or any other country?
(e)Have you ever been refused admission to or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?

In the past the principal applicant who is now my wife was denied a tourist visa to Canada 3 times and also a tourist visa to France. This would be considered "refused admission?" or does it mean something stronger like being turned around at the border?
Would I be answering yes to both these questions?

Thanks for any help.
Cheers
