I live in Pakistan and applying through express entry I work in a Canadian Company from the past 5 years already. So I am confused about what to ask from my company a normal job offer letter from Canada or it should be through LMIA? in short am I exempted from LMIA or not?
Do I need LMIA for applying through express entry?

LMIA is only applicable for work permits and not PR visa and hence it is not required.

Thank you, just to make sure you are telling when I am checking my CRS Score in the checklist it asks about job offer letter so I have to say yes and I will be getting 200 scores for that.
Do you currently work in Canada? Or have you been just offered at job and you are to join employement ?
I work in Pakistan but the company is Canadian. I will be going to ask my company that I am applying for immigration and I'll be needing a job offer letter for my Canada office
A job offer letter won't be of any help. If you want additional points, your company needs to obtain an approved LMIA.

If your CRS is below 450 and if your complete is not ready to apply for your LMIA you can tell them. Basic requirement for company is they have to have million dollar turnover
