Hi everyone,
I did my biometrics on 25th April 2019 and got email from vfs global office that my biometrics is on transit to IRCC office. It's been 16 days and the status is still the same. But on 6th may IRCC again sent me biometric instruction letter which they've already sent before.. can anyone help what should i do next? Do i need to give my biometrics again or vfs global takes time to send biometrics to IRCC?

You don't need to do it again. Reply to IRCC that you have done them already with proof.

Can you please tell me how can I reply them? Their emails always shows that don't reply to this it's an automated message

My parents gave biometrics on May 20 but on the CIC biometrics request letter it says that they have to submit it before May 19 but my parents didn’t find any available dates before May 19. Even they emailed to the CIC but no reply. Can this be reason for rejection for visitors visa?
