Tution fee for sds

I paid my tution fee for meng environmental in ucalgary.However,the tution fee was updated later.
Do i need to repay the remaing fee and get the the new receipt and attach it to the old one while applying for visa

Pay the balance amount, then contact the university and tell them you need a receipt for the full amount to apply for your visa.

Also, is it too late to apply visa for fall 2019 intake

That will depend on the college, they should give you a receipt showing both payments.

SDS is now online only and centralized. You should get decision in 20 calendar days ( including non-working days). You should have ample time.

If they donot give me a combined receipt and so I submit visa application with old and new receipt,will it create any bad impression in visa officer

They will give you a combined receipt. I also paid my college fee in two installments and they gave me final receipt with full fee.
