TRV REFUSE

Hi

I was denied a TRV (visit visa) on the 07 of MAY 2019 . The following reasons were given:

I am not satisfied that you have a legitimate business purpose in Canada.

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your travel history

You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee.

I apply TRV for 2 purpose one is to attend Exhibition as a exhibitor and also meet my customer in canada which is my real brother

Documents which i attached with my application is following

Exhibition invitation letter with payment receipt
Customer invitation letter
Customer request letter for visa officer
Hotel Booking
Bank Statements almost 40000 Can $
Marriage certificate
Family Child certificate
Business Certificate
Recommendation letter from chamber
Cargo invoices
Tax return 2 years
Norway visa copy with entry and exited stamp
Property documents which VAS return

I submitted my application in VAS on 19 mar 2019 and same day bio metric .Next day i received mail from IRCC for under process , Date of exhibition is 24 to 26 April and meeting with customer 27 to 29 April,
But i received decision mail on 07 may 2019

Please what are your thoughts and what you advice for reapply with which documents

Your customer is your brother? IRCC will think that your brother invented everything to get you to Canada, and that everything you said about a business trip is fake because your customer is your brother.

(Why do you say your "real" brother?)

In addition, what exhibition? Why the need to attend the exhibition? Have you attended other exhibitions that are like the one you want to go to in Canada?

People in India and maybe other countries in the region do this to distinguish between a (first/second/third.. any degree really) cousin and a real (i.e same parents) brother. The term brother without the qualifier is ambiguous and can refer to either. So someone could say, "I have three brothers but one real brother" and you'd know what he means.

Yes he is my brother but honestly I didn't mention anywhere in application

Exhibition related with my business. To get new business and new customers No I didn't attend

You didn't mention that he was your brother yet you had to identify family members in Canada on a family information form. So either you didn't list a family member in Canada or you didn't use his name in the invitation.

Did you specify this exhibition? Do thet have a website? If you haven’t attended any then why attend one so far from your own country? These are some things IRCC will think about.
