I was being told by cic agent that they use the right of copr fees for workpernit only if the applicant doesnt have enough time and will be out of status. I am on the same boat.. ive sent my package on april 2, found out from this forum about missing fee and tried to upload the recipt via webform but got a reply saying they cannot verify information because i mixed up the date of birth info on web form. Tried to upload it again. Hopefully it works. I havent got AOR yet and it looks like they are processing march end applications at the moment so i am close. Fingers crossedDid they specifically said they it was returned because of that missing fee?
Our app is received on May 2, so I found out about the missing payment pretty early (but not early enough..) so we paid it today and then sent as Additional documents via IRCC web platform with the copy of receipt and explanation plus I want to mail the hardcopy as well with an explanatory letter. Hope it will work...
I read that sometime they use PR fee to cover the difference - does it really depend only on the officer who work on the app?
I saw the tracking and three people got their requests today.Did anyone get medical request?
Normally, they would return the application because the form is way too old.Pls could someone clarify this to me. I ve submitted our application but the form that the “non accompany parent” need to signed was signed in September last year while the whole application was just sent in March. Though this form has been updated since 2015 and still good for submission just that it has been signed earlier. All other forms were updated ones and currently signed before sending. Could this be a reason for returning application? Pls someone should help
I hope so too, cuz the form has no any updated version it’s the same form that was updated in 2015. Meanwhile, it requires a lawyer to sign it so they should know it has to take some process becuz the people that need to sign don’t live in canada. I just hope for the bestNormally, they would return the application because the form is way too old.
But good luck. Maybe they would accept it.
