A quick question pls....does CIC pick the 'Port of Entry' from what we mention as "Province/City you intend to settle" in our CIC profile?

Also, in case of Federal PR, do we have to necessarily make the Port of Entry from the one mentioned in the CoPR?
Has anyone you know made the Port of Entry from a different city?

Thanks,
JP

The COPR will indeed show the address you put in your EE profile. However, you can proceed the landing wherever u want. Mine was Manitoba, but I landed in Ontario, Niagara falls, the officer didn't ask any question about the destinations.

See https://www.getgcms.com/blog/guide-landing-settling-canada-permanent-resident/

and

To simply answer, you can land anywhere, irrespective of what your CoPR says.

Please I recieved ITA on may 1st at 456 at a cutoff of 450 with tie breaker at Nov 5th 2018. with my spouse as unaccompanied because he has only ECA and no ielts result. Subsequently he wrote on the 27th of April and got a band 6.0.
According to the ITA letter it says if your condition or that of your spouse changes..you should simulate your score which I have and its 451 now with my husband ielts result and ECA.
I want to continue my application now. Can I add him now? My Birthday is on may 18th and I cant decline this because am not sure of the next draw cutoff and the tie breaker rule as my EE profile was created 9th of April.
Please I need your urgent reply
