Years long hard work, expanses will come to nothing, Please Help!

Well, a year ago I submitted an expression of Interest under BC-PNP-Entrepreneur Program (Base Category) to set a new business. After one month my expression of Interest was selected under point based system and I received an Invitation to apply (ITA).

Second step of the program was to submit a complete application package along with the Net-Worth report. Net worth report was prepared by a qualified supplier authorized by BC-PNP Office of immigration.

With a long hard work I prepared all the documents, business plan and lodged my application. On April 19, 2019 I got an Interview request from BC-PNP office of Immigration to appear for in-person Interview at their office in Vancouver.

In order to travel for the Interview I applied TRV which is Refused !!!

Refusal Reason: " Purpose of Visit " (No other reason)
Along with note: That you are welcome to re-apply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirement.

loll.. what else can demonstrate that my situation meets the requirement ? I am really very upset and confused.

At the same time am also afraid that:

• My years long hard work preparing a business plan and all the documents.
• $ 300 BC-PNP Registration fee.
• $ 3650 Net worth verification fee.
• $ 3500 BC-PNP application fee.
• Around $ 2000 that I spend on collecting and preparing all the documents.

All this will come to Nothing ?

I have already written about the on-going circumstances to the officer who is processing my PNP-Entrepreneur application.

Please help !

And I am assuming you did attach the interview invitation in the purpose of travel, despite of that it was rejected?

Of course, I attached the interview letter which I received from BC-PNP office.

I am confused, why they refused.

Was this application online or paper? Can you please elaborate what all supporting docs did you include for the TRV application other than the invitation letter?

It was an online application.

Documents enclosed were:

Interview-letter.
BC pnp ITA.
BC pnp application receipt.
Net worth report.
Business registration.
Tax returns.
Bank Statements.
Return air ticket.
Hotel reservation for the entire stay .

I Already requested GCMS

But, the problem is.. It will take minimum 35 Days. I was suppose to travel in the first week of June for my interview, If I failed to appear for the interview, my entrepreneur application MAY result in refusal.

However, I have written to the BC PNP office that my visit visa has been refused . Hence, I would not be able to travel for the Interview.

I also requested BC pnp office to provide me a letter of support to reapply for TRV, and also to re-schedule my interview for further date.

All I know is.. that I am very badly effected with refusal at this time. Really very hard times!

Visa was required.. just to attend Interview, NOT doing any businesss.

However, business establishment is the next step after signing a performance agreement with the BC PNP office.
