For Pakistan it is very different. My friend and me, both received Biometric Validity Letter on 24th April. It has been more than two weeks, and we didn't receive PPR request.

Considering the processing time is 33 days and it has been 50 days for my mother TRV, I would raise CSE next week.

Counting the working days, if it's over processing time you can anytime raise a CSE, why want to wait?

if something related to case or changes reply within 3 days either for general queries 2 3 weeks but waiting isn't a serious matter in CA visa no matter 33 days is a time it is just estimated time however when i applied time was 24 days but i got visa in 5 months so patience is a key

Any CSE takes 7-28 days.
