Hello. I had a question regarding the proof of funds .

I am the main applicant and my husband is the secondary applicant. I have some FDs linked to my saving bank account, made some 2 years back. My husband has access to the said account. My question is, will these FD count for my POF (Please note that the FD bear only my name since they were made while I was still single)

Since you are the Principal Applicant and the FD's are in your name, it shouldn't be an issue.

You can use these FDs as proof of fund, but on a safer side attach a letter from the financial institute stating your access to the FDs and the time span required to convert these FDs to liquid cash. If FDs are on your name alone, you need not require to attach a gift deed.

Previously me and my wife applied via EE and my wife being the primary applicant we kept all the Savings in her account. Unfortunately, by the will of God our application got refused at last stage because of mismatch of NOC . now I would like to apply posing as primary applicant. shall I keep the money in my wife's account or transfer it to mine ?If I transfer now then in the statement it might not appear from past 6 months.
And my wife's account is not a joint account however my name is just nominee.

If are planning to apply with your wife, then you can keep the money in her account, that is not a problem.
