Totally unfair for us applicant applied earlier ... My notes show that there are no progress since AOR...

Recent update - Indian applicants cic issued mr for May 16 th AR,(few august, September, October AOR applicants received mr from India) Singapore visa office issuedMR for February 2019 AOR, inland applicants they reached November2018 AOR , Hong Kong visa office November 2018 AOR applicant received mr..( source our WHATSAAP group) now a days MR to PPR takes one month...

You can’t predict, so far what I have noticed that April 2018 have started getting PPR. So maybe there’s a hope that it will be faster

That's weird, mine says " we are processing background check" for last 10+ months but says "medical not required,we will contact is it changes" which is puzzling me. I thought it was background before medical

It’s different for every applicants, it depends on visa officer. Sometimes some officers start with medical and others start with background check

Mine says exactly the same. I think it's pretty normal, no need to worry.
