Offline people are getting faster visa. Two people I know both got visa in one week for offline non sds

Why like that 21 days ?

Because processing time is 3 weeks for India and it starts the day after you give your biometrics So be patient

It doesn't matter where your application is getting pricessed . If your documents are complete you will get the viza
