Should we select WeS as private agency while filling up the form?
How much did you pay finally?

BITS people are so not helpful. After i did the payment for transcript and send them the mail with receipts and everything, there was no answer. After waiting for a week , i started mailing them. I did mail them almost daily and i think after 10 days of repeated mailing every alternate day, they answered me that they couriered it and obviously no tracking details.
I waited patiently for further 15 days and the my status automatically updated on my WES account that they received. I got it considered as Masters.
So i guess just wait and do send continuous reminders. It will be done.
They have a option on their webpage. You can select that to send it to WES directly.

contact- registration@wilp.bits-pilani.ac.in (they never answer phone). Just use this id for repeated reminders.
Although it was M.Tech so u don`t need to send your bachelors. But i did send my B.Tech transcript as well.

I found this link, question was more about which form should be filled -
1. Duplicate transcript - I have copy of transcript with me, should I send scan copy instead of this form?
2. Degree attestation
3. Both
Degree Attestation - If I need to fill up degree attestation form - http://wilpdar.bits-pilani.ac.in/tcpc/verification.asp, what should be filled in "Requester details" and "Client details"? On this form it says, verification charges - 3000/ + postal charges.
Duplicate Transcript - If I need to fill up this form - http://wilpdar.bits-pilani.ac.in/tcpc/transcript.asp - Should I mention WeS postal address?
I am confused as cost is different from what you have mentioned.
Is transcript sufficient? Is degree attestation must?

Only Duplicate transcript at this link- http://wilpdar.bits-pilani.ac.in/tcpc/transcript.asp is needed. nothing else. Amount will be 500 + 1800 (transcript + courier charges)
In complete postal address field, mention WES address with your reference no. It has some characters limit, so u wont be able to enter the complete address. don`t just enter till it goes on and When you will inform BITS via mail, in that u cn mention the complete postal address. That will be fine.

I was not able to fill the complete postal address on the online payment link due to word limit. Please send the sealed envelope directly to below mentioned address.

As per the new policy issued by WES, transcripts must be sent by the university itself. Request you to please mention Registrar or the concerned authority in the sender address while sending the envelope.

Hi, Am about to submit the transcript request in BITS web site requesting them to send the transcripts directly to WES. Can you please let me know the outcome of your request. Did everything went well and was BITS able to send the transcripts to WES in your case?
I have a Doubt here , Should we send the degree certificate directly to WES and only request BITS for Transcripts? which costs 500+1800?
As WES needs both Degree certificate and Transcript . How do we get the degree certificate attested? do we need to raise a request again for the same paying 3000 Rs +1800 postal charges?
