Hey all, I am an Electronics engineer and have worked with Samsung Electronics for 1 year 8 months and the next one year with Ericsson in a different role "Telecommunications Engineer" Can anybody assist me if the unsimilarity of the NOCs have impact on finding a Canadian job once I get a PR? Will there be any disruptions to attain P.eng(registration) from any province as both the job experience is lower than two years? It'd be great to get some insight from you people!

I've been awaiting my ECA from WES for (what feels like) ages and I'm hoping to finally get it in May. I will then submit my profile for Express Entry. CRS is 469, so I'll probably get an invitation during the round after submitting. Especially because I'll be going back to Canada as a visitor early June until the end of November, I tried to organise all the documents while being back home now. I'll do the medical exam in Canada once I got the ITA to make sure it's valid for as long as possible, won't do that up frond here in the Netherlands.
I have some questions:
1. Does my Proof of Funds need te be obtained after the ITA date or can I already get this now from my bank?
2. I need to give biometrics and can't do that up front; I need to await IRCC's letter for that. Since there are no VAC in Canada to give biometrics yet, the closest place would be the US. However, I can't enter US because I've been to Iran in 2017, I'd need a B2 visa for that (which I'd have to go to the Embassy for here in the Netherlands very soon).
Now I'm wondering if this (see picture) applies to my situation. I'm going te be IN Canada when I need to give my biometrics, but only as a visitor, not on any study/work visa. Any advice on this?

Get it from immediate supervisor or anyone who was above you? who is authorized to provide such letter.
Worse case, support using other docs
Can anyone tell me, those who are in the US and not in California or New York, where did you guys send your passport for visa stamp or what step you guys took?

I am planning to do a PGDM course. Will it be considered as a degree or what ?
Also if I have a diploma in HM and a graduate degree, where do I fall ?
Any help would be really appreciated

Can someone let me know if a resource is working in Canada on WP, whether he is eligible to come under Federal Skill worker category.
I am currently working in Canada on WP since Apr-2019 and NOC code is 0213. earlier worked in Canada from Jul-2013 to Sep-2015. Based on the CRS calculator, my CRS score comes around 600+. When I submit my profile today, I got message "Not eligible for Express". Any guess why I am NOT considered eligible for EE. Last year while I was in India , when I submitted my profile , the profile creation was accepted under Federal skill worker category, but my CRS score of 402 was not attractive. Question is , if I my work in Canada , am I not eligible for FSW category? Do I have wait till Apr-2020 to become eligible under CEC category.

Hey Guys, I really need your help regarding proof of funds.I am planning to show 10 lakhs as Fixed deposit as proof of fund which is in State bank of India. I transferred the money from my savings account to FD account on May 2015 and with tenure of 2 years. In the year 2017, it got automatically renewed, because the maturity date was on May 2017. So, in 2019 this amount will mature again on 23rd May 2019. But I am apply for pr application on May 7th 2019. Will this affect my application. What are the documents that I need to furnish? Currently I have confirmation letter from the Bank in the bank letter head, Old Fd receipts of 2015, online receipt from May 2018 to May 2019 receipt. What are the other documents I need to furnish? Is this enough? Am I missing something? Please help...

Also, mindful when you complete degree, you won't loose marks for age.
Anybody still having "Processing Update" status after updating profile?
I've updated my profile to get Canadian education points on April 25, 2019. Still, now I am just seeing "processing update" status on my profile. I cannot even click anywhere and go inside my profile. It has been more than 15 days. I am a little worried now. Does anyone have the same issue as mine?
Now, I can't even delete this application to create new one, I've contacted CIC 3 times, and just they told me to file a technical problem, I did that 4 times, after a week or so, they replied by a generic email to verify my browser, delete my chach, and log out and login again.
It would be ok to create a new CIC account, and that time I'll have 2 EE profile placed in the pool? Please advise?
