Anyone got this warning notice for 1344?

For this reason (I believe), every time I open 1344 (already validated), "Office use only box" will say not validated, When I validate it, there will be a new code appeared at bottom right on each page, this will cause Problem when we email original filled PDF to our parents overseas to sign -> re scan -> email back to us, as you only need to email them the signature page, because you don't want them to scan bar code page, which might not be readable due to bad quality while printing re scanned PDF.

0008 doesn't have this problem, I validated it, every time I open it, Office use only box will say validated Yes, and the code is identical.

What are you using to fill the form? Maybe try updating Acrobat Reader? I tried right now and don't have this issue.

Same issue here and I think it's a common one. I emailed the completed form to my mum where she printed, signed and returned it but it wasn't validated.

I opened the file again, validated (worked) and printed it immediately. I scanned and sent her the form to print, sign and courier to me. And yes, it updates the reference number on every page. You can still use the original barcodes (printed copy, not scanned) in case the quality isn't great.

@Flynn She's sending via courier as I believe we need to submit the original signatures. She's checked the whole document but only sending the signature page to me where I will put it with the rest of the form.

Yes I am getting the same problem seems like programming code error but after validation printing out the form solves the issue
