If you call, IRCC agent in general ( IRCC from Ottawa) they will reply you. But if you email, Local visa agent will reply (its better)

I just emailed them, didn't receive any acknowledgement or anything. Hope they reply soon.

Lol, their response seems pretty straightforward . I can see they are really busy!!. My AOR is Nov 14th and I got this response just now:

Good day,

The file has been finalized and you will be contacted by IRCC regarding next steps.

Got a response from them in 2.5 hrs. Apparently my file has been finalized!!!!

Lol, their response seems pretty straightforward . I can see they are really busy!!. My AOR is Nov 14th and I got this response just now:

Good day,

The file has been finalized and you will be contacted by IRCC regarding next steps.

Yes,straight forward answer that is what we want. Last week my file was in queue now its òn hand of an officer. wish you good luck for PPR or direct landing interview

You are welcome. I have noticed that applications of Toronto are majorly processed in mid or west region of Canada like Vancouver, Winnipeg, Calgary and Edmonton

I though it was because of my Nationality. Good to know!! I have couple of friends that are going to apply for PR soon this year, all located in Toronto. If they send me a landing interview it should be Etobicoke for sure.
