I send my docs 14 June, I do not have any response. Even if they have revive the docs, is it normal? How many time do I have to wait?
Do I should send them again?

It is taking around 29 working days after they receive documents (as per telephonic conversation with customer support).

Similar situation: I have sent my documents on 7 June by regular mail (have no way to track). Since then, there is no any updates in my file... Just called them yesterday, they cannot verify if they have received my documents or not and suggested me to re-send all the documents...

I would suggest you to call the customer support to make sure that they have received your documents. If so, I guess the only thing you can do is waiting for them to access your application.
