Form IMM 5406 Additional Family Information

On the signature section in the document checklist (page 10) it says that all other family members of the principal applicant (including children 18 years and older) need to sign the form but there is no signature section on the form for them to sign? This is for the additional family information form (#5)

Each member of the family will fill and sign their own copy of the form. this is also mentioned on the form as below:
The principal applicant, their spouse or common-law partner (if applicable), and all dependent children 18 years of age or older must complete their own copy of this form.

My husband (the principal applicant) has filled in the form. I am the sponsor but am a Canadian citizen so do not need to fill one out and we have no children. Does that mean he only has to fill one in? and who signs it?

that is correct., only one that he (PA) will fill with his signature.

I am the principal applicant. While my wife who is the dependent fills up the form does she have to mention names of her parents or my parents i.e. the principal applicant. The question does kind of stupid but thought will get some advise on it.

She is the applicant for the form. She puts her own family information.

Hi, the form 5562 is asking for email addresses for all my family members ( Parents and Siblings)... Is this something I have to provide? I would rather they not be contacted. Please help! I can provide it if they won't be contacting them and it's just a formality.
