No idea. If we follow immitracker - they seem pretty decent.
But no idea - I have 8 days left for my 6 months. :(
Good luck to you. A friend who is also based in dubai got hers after 7 months. Considering their overall longer timelines across VOs even that looks decent.

It is really hard to say on your situation. Yes it is IRCC who will decide. It is very clear that as per WES ECA, you can claim points only for Bachelor’s degree but as per IQAS report you can claim points for two or more degrees/ diplomas.

The point is that WES considered your diploma as equivalent to canadian diploma which is done before bachelor’s degree not as post graduate diploma.
But WES evaluation for my PG certificate came out as PG diploma. IQAS also said it was comparable to a Graduate Certificate.

If there is a remark in Wes eca
(The equivalency of this credential is in conjunction with previous credential.)
then it will be treated as one credential.
If Wes has evaluated both ,then sometimes it's a mistake in summary.
There was no such remark.

Wes evaluated both as separate credentials. However, only mentioned one in summary. Even I feel it was mistake from WES as IRCC seems to have accepted it.

A degree with 3 years and more and any diploma, you can claim points with 2 or more degree/diploma/certification out of which one is more than 3 years.
