I’m a Canadian citizen. I live with my parents and I sponsored my spouse from India.
And the file will be submitted in a few days.
Am I able to fly to India and stay with my spouse until the file is processed and they get their PR.
OR I HAVE TO REMAIN IN CANADA.

Newly wedded and want to go back.

If you’re a Canadian citizen then you can live with your spouse but you have show proof of intentions to come back to Canada once you’re spouse gets PR

Searching/securing a place to live, searching for jobs/securing a job, posts and contact with friends and family about your return, return to Canada before your spouse, etc. Lots of posts on this issue including frustration when CIC wants more proof or doesn’t believe the intent.

No.

There are ways to extend your stay in a country. IRCC will not assume these things for you. Since you will choose to live outside Canada, you have the responsibility to prove you will come back once your wife gets PR. Never ever assume that IRCC will “assume” that because you are Canadian, you will not stay over 6 months in a certain country.

Not sure why you think you can’t stay in any country for more than 6 months. You will have to see what the policies are in each country. Many allow Canadians to remain longer than 6 months or offer visa extensions options.
