PUROLATOR COURIER CHANGED ADDRESS

Hi All, please help to understand:

I've sent my PGP application per the address for the courier on the website, but without signature request.
Courier addresses
We accept deliveries from couriers between 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, except for statutory holidays.We don’t accept deliveries before or after these hours.

• Applications for sponsorship of parents and grandparents:
  CPC-M-PGP
  P.O. Box 8020, STN T CSC
  Ottawa, ON
  K1G 3H6

It seems now that Purolator has delivered yesterday to a weird address below:
May 3, 2019 10:02 Ottawa, ON Shipment delivered to sci at: SHIP DOCK of sci 2303 STEVENAGE DR K1G3W1

Does anyone know what should be the correct address for the courier in Ottawa, please?

The correct address is, of course, the one listed by IRCC.

From the Help Centre:
My courier did not deliver my PGP application to your PO Box. What should I do?
In general, many couriers don’t deliver to PO Boxes. However, we have agreements with many couriers and they know where to deliver applications destined to our PO Box. If you see a different address on your tracking slip, your application may still have been delivered to the right place.
You should contact your courier service to confirm that they delivered the package to the right address.

After checking previous correspondence on the matter, this an okay address!

I used Purolator as well on the PGP application of my mother in law and got a notification of an address change.

I called Purolator and they confirmed that the address SHIP DOCK of sci 2303 STEVENAGE DR K1G3W1 is their MAILING ROOM address.

Katherine - did you get charged extra for an address change from Purolator?

Hi Everyone

My purolator package was delivered to a weird address too. It was delivered to House of Commons at 66 Slater St, ON. 21st Floor. The Purolator guys initially corrected the address on their end to the 2303 stevenage one however delivered it to the slater st adress, Very strange. Following up with Purolator now. What options do I have?
