Is it good sign to transfer file to LVO or not?
Because I m really worried about this.
I called to cic today and they told me that my file is at Ottawa right now.

1. Latest trend - September AR's will receive the MR by August 2019.
2. Latest trend - September AR's will receive the DM by November 2019.

Have no idea!!! I saw some threads on this forum but all people have different views on transfer to LVO!!! Lets just hope for the best !!!!
